Laura has been a breath of fresh air to the business since joining us two years as HR Apprentice.
As her first role from University with no previous HR or administrative experience, Laura alleviated a great deal of administration work from the outset from our Group HR Manager. It was a large learning curve, yet she quickly got to groups with the systems and processes and contributes ideas towards improving systems.
She has built some great relationships with staff across the business and is a key point of contact for many with day to day HR queries and processes.
She’s worked hard and showed commitment and is now undertaking her CIPD qualification which is the professionally recognised qualification for HR.
Having made it as a finalist for the NFA Young Person 2019 award, we’re hoping you can spare a few minutes to cast a vote for this very deserving employee.
