We’re a family-owned business celebrating our 20th anniversary this year and have been manufacturing integral blinds since 2004. Today, we’re the only sealed unit manufacturer in the UK where ScreenLine® integral blinds from Pellini in Italy is our primary product and that has allowed us to focus completely on the development of all five integral blinds systems and build a market for them amongst UK customers. We’ve invested £1m in our current premises and are growing our sales of sealed units with integral blinds inside 30% year on year. This is due to the quality of our product, investment in marketing, and the excellent training of all our staff including our aftersales support team – plus our outstanding 10 day delivery schedule.
We stock the biggest range of ScreenLine® accessories and spare parts in the UK. So, when a customer needs a part for any ScreenLine® integral blind system, we’ll make sure they have it within 24 hours if we have it in stock. As the largest ScreenLine® fabricator in the country, we have daily deliveries from Pellini in Italy and can supply any other spare parts within one to five weeks – whether the ScreenLine® blind system was originally purchased from Morley Glass or not.
Fast delivery of sealed units and integral blinds makes life easier for everyone. So, we continue to invest in the manufacturing resources, supply chain systems and a delivery fleet to make sure our customers receive their orders in the shortest lead times of just 10 days.

In 2016 we invested more than £1m in a move to a 50,000sq ft factory and office space in Leeds, effectively doubling our production capacity. The move to Unit 3 at Leeds 27 Industrial Estate, just off the M62, was necessary to sustain a 30% year-on-year growth record. It also allowed us to invest in the latest automated technology with a fully automatic 58-metre-long sealed unit assembly line. In February 2018, we commissioned our second fully automated robot line, representing an investment of £700,000. With the capacity to manufacture up to 3000 sealed units per week, we are confident we will be able to continue to meet customer demand for our popular product range.
Throughout our growth, from a company of just four people to today where we employ 70 members of staff, we have been determined to keep the local community at the heart of what we do. The majority of our staff have been recruited from Leeds and the surrounding areas and we sponsor a number of local grass roots sports teams and events, from cricket to football and rugby.
