When it comes to heritage in the window and door industry, we probably all think about timber. The original framing material that is experiencing a 21st century renaissance, as well as inspiring a new phase in it’s much younger sibling that is PVCu.
It’s popularity is back on the rise in the residential part of UK fenestration. Advanced energy efficiency, supreme aesthetics, traditional or contemporary hardware. There is a timber window and door product that suits every home. The fact that other sectors are currently on a path to replicate the look of timber windows and doors is simply proof of the importance the timber sector still commands within UK fenestration.
With the Timber Company 2017, we want to promote and recognise the fantastic timber work going on right now in UK fenestration.
We are looking for the best timber company across the supply chain.
