“It’s not just about launching new products, although we will have plenty of exciting innovations on show, it’s also about making it easy for new and existing customers to see the broadest possible range of machines in action.”
In line with that, the Emmegi (UK) stand at FIT 2019 will feature a mix of machining centres, welders and saw options, and plenty of ancillary machines and equipment such as crimpers, copy routers, trolleys and benches to give visitors maximum choice.
On show for the first time will be the hugely capable Comet R6 – a 5-axis machining centre for aluminium, PVC-U, light alloys, and even steel which can machine up to four separate bars in two independent work areas. It comes fully enclosed as standard so visitors can experience the reduced sound levels on the stand for themselves.
Also on display will be the smaller Phantomatic M4L 4-axis machining centre, the Fusion 4H and 4TVH welders, and two of Emmegi’s most popular saws – the 5 metre Combi Electra Star and the 6 metre Precision TS2.
Ian Latimer added: “One of Emmegi’s key strengths is the size of our product range, with machines available at every level from start up to full automation. We’ll be giving visitors a taste of that at the show and demonstrating how and why so many fabricators stay with us throughout their business growth and expansion.”
