Shepley Windows is celebrating being named Fabricator/Manufacturer of the Year at the 2025 National Fenestration Awards – a title that reflects genuine confidence in the company’s quality, reliability and service, and the strength of its partnerships across the glazing supply chain.

For Managing Director, Ian Griffiths, the award represents more than recognition: it’s confirmation that Shepley’s long-term focus on consistency, investment and partnership is delivering real value for its customers and helping to raise standards across the wider industry.

“This award belongs to the whole team, and is a demonstration of the hard work that goes into everything we do, along with the continued trust of our customers and suppliers,” says Ian. “Our aim has always been to make life easier for installers by delivering quality, service and reliability they can depend on every day.”

That philosophy has shaped Shepley’s recent programme of investment across its fabrication, logistics and industry partnerships – all designed to strengthen support for trade customers and ensure the business continues to lead on service and innovation.

Building skills for the future

Earlier this year, Shepley partnered with REHAU and Building Our Skills to support the launch of a new Installer Training Academy in Milton Keynes. The company supplied fully glazed products for hands-on fitting training, helping to bridge the skills gap and raise installation standards. The collaboration was an important one for Shepley, based on its team-wide belief that a stronger, more skilled workforce benefits the entire supply chain – from fabricator to homeowner – and that collective action is key to long-term industry growth.

Investing in service and reliability

Shepley also expanded its transport fleet in 2025, introducing new vehicles to increase delivery capacity and improve efficiency nationwide. The investment builds on a series of upgrades introduced in 2024, and demonstrates the company’s commitment to giving trade customers a seamless, dependable service. Combined with continued investment in technology and production, the changes are helping Shepley maintain its reputation for precision and performance, ensuring every order arrives on time and to the highest standards.

Looking ahead

As one of the UK’s leading REHAU fabricators, Shepley continues to focus on innovation, partnership and practical support for its customers. From strengthening the skills pipeline to improving lead times and product quality, every initiative is designed to help trade installers grow their businesses with confidence.

“Winning this award is a milestone, but it’s also motivation,” adds Ian. “We’re proud of what we’ve achieved – and we’re already focused on what comes next.”
